We're Infinite Studios, an ambitious team of Roblox Developers with seriously big dreams and we're looking for passionate people to join our adventure. Our team includes experienced developers with backgrounds spanning engineering, design, and community management.
What unites us is our shared belief: if it's not fun, it's not worth making. We obsess over gameplay that feels right, iterate relentlessly, and aren't afraid to throw things out and start over when things don't click.
We believe in transparency, so here's the straight up truth: we're at a pre-revenue stage. That means we're building our experiences and studio simultaneously, paying for this thing out of our pockets, from the ground up because we believe in what we're creating. That essentially means that this isn't a traditional salaried position yet.
Instead, we're offering:
- Revenue sharing: You'll get a percentage of what our games earn once they launch
- Commissioned project work: As we take on contract projects, you'll have opportunities to earn through these
- A ground-floor opportunity: Help shape our studio culture, experiences, and future

About the Role
As a Concept Artist at Infinite Studios, you'll help bring visual ideas to life for our games. We're a small team looking for someone who enjoys creating art and wants to be part of a game development journey. This is a collaborative role where you can contribute your artistic perspective while gaining experience in game development.
What You'll Do
- Create concept art for environments and characters based on our game ideas
- Help develop visual style references and color palettes
- Sketch ideas for key game elements and scenes
- Share thoughts on the overall visual direction
- Collaborate with our small team in a flexible, low-pressure environment
What We're Looking For
- Passion for 2D art and game design
- Familiarity with digital art tools (Photoshop, Procreate, or similar)
- Basic understanding of composition and color
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
- Some examples of your artwork (doesn't need to be professional work)
- Ability to communicate your ideas
